• Mike Hayton is now holding a 'One-Stop' Carpal Tunnel Clinic at BMI The Alexandra Hospital every Wednesday between 5.00 - 6.00pm.  The initial consultation is with Mike Hayton, Consultant Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon and if required nerve conduction studies will be performed by Dr Andy Marshall, Consultant Neurophysiologist.  Mike Hayton will then review the patient with the nerve conduction studies and discuss treatment.  Rachel Delaney, Hand Therapist will be available to discuss rehabilitation.  For further information visit: www.carpaltunnelsurgeon.co.uk
  In late September, Adam Hoad-Reddick took part in the SB3 World Championships 2008 in Dublin, Ireland in a boat named Orthteam finishing 27^th out of 139 competitors from 13 countries.

  • ORTHTEAM EDUCATIONAL MEETING - The Ageing Joint

  • ORTHTEAM EDUCATIONAL MEETING - SPORTS INJURY UPDATE

  Tuesday 9^th September 2008 at Mere Golf & Country Club

  This was the first Sports Injury Update meeting presented by Orthteam.  It was an invitation only meeting to members of the medical profession looking after professional and elite amateur teams.  The evening covered presentations by each member of Orthteam with guest speaker, John Hodgkinson joining us with his views on 5^th MT fractures.
