Recent Orthteam Educational Meetings

Orthteam have held two educational meetings this autumn -

On the 9th September 2009 a GP
evening was held at The Village Hotel, Cheadle on Injection Techniques 'Why, how and what next?'  This was a 'hands on' evening with demonstrations by Orthteam and proved to be very popular.

On the 22nd September 2009 a third meeting for sports practitioners treating professional or elite amateur sports injuries was held at Mere Golf and Country Club, entitled 'Sports Medicine in Focus'.  James Leggate, Consultant Neuro-Surgeon gave a talk on Concussion Management and Ian McLennan, Consultant Surgeon entertained us with a lecture on groin injuries.  There were 160 delegates and again the feedback received showed this to be another great success.
